Lionsgate Entertainment is presenting an array of series at ATF 2024. Under the leadership of Agapy Kapouranis, President of International Television & Digital Distribution, Lionsgate continues to deliver a variety of engaging content across its scripted and unscripted divisions.

Lionsgate’s Television Group boasts over 100 series on more than 50 networks. The studio currently has 12 scripted series that have reached their third season or beyond, including popular shows like Ghosts on CBS, The Rookie on ABC, Acapulco and Mythic Quest on Apple TV+, and the Power Universe series on STARZ. Upcoming projects include Seth Rogen’s comedy The Studio for Apple TV+, the thriller The Hunting Wives, and a re-imagined Spartacus for STARZ.

In the realm of unscripted content, Lionsgate Alternative Television includes Pilgrim Media Group, Renegade 83, Blackfin, Whizz Kid Entertainment, Daisybeck Studios, and the unscripted operations of eOne in the U.S., U.K., and Canada. This division is known for franchises like Naked and Afraid, Street Outlaws, and Ex on the Beach.

Hal & Harper

This dramedy follows siblings Hal and Harper as they prepare for a new family member and deal with their childhood home being put up for sale. The series charts their journey through profound loss and the forging of new paths.

Married to the Game

An alternative series offering an intimate look at the lives of English Premier League footballers’ wives and girlfriends, exploring their balance between glamour, family, and the challenges of the football world.

Mistletoe Murders

Set in Fletcher’s Grove, this drama centers on Emily Lane, who runs a year-round Christmas shop while hiding her past as a military intelligence officer. When local murders with ties to her store occur, Emily, along with detective Sam Wilner and his daughter, delves into the mysteries, blending justice with holiday spirit.

The Newsreader

A drama set in a 1980s TV newsroom, following newsreader Helen Norville and reporter Dale Jennings as they cover historical events. The series explores ambition, integrity, and the complexities of their professional and personal lives.

Plum

This drama focuses on Peter “The Plum” Lum, a rugby league star diagnosed with CTE. As he embarks on a journey of self-discovery, Plum is aided by the ghosts of poets Sylvia Plath and Charles Bukowski.

The Rookie

Now in its seventh season, this series follows John Nolan, a 40-year-old rookie at the LAPD, as he navigates high-stakes situations and intense challenges, offering a mix of police action, emotional depth, and humor.

Hal & Harper

Dramedy – 1 Season – 10 Episodes, 30 Minutes

Brother and sister Hal and Harper have a new family member on the way and their childhood house is on the market. Dad is struggling just as much as his kids. The family charts the evolution of their enmeshment and faces profound loss on their journey to forge new paths under different roofs.
