Taylor Swift docu leads Blue Ant’s MIPCOM catalogue

Blue Ant Rights, the distribution arm of global production powerhouse Blue Ant Studios, is bringing 58 new and returning titles to MIPCOM, spanning today’s most in-demand genres, including crime, history, formats and premium documentary. Headlining the slate is Taylor, a highly anticipated docuseries from Sandpaper Films, premiering this fall on Channel 4. The series explores the extraordinary rise of the world’s highest-grossing music artist and offers international buyers unique insight into one of the most influential cultural figures of our time.
The robust slate also underscores Blue Ant’s deepening investment in crime and history—genres that continue to deliver strong performance for the studio and proven appeal with buyers and audiences alike. This year’s crime titles include Death in the Wild (6 x 60 HD, Cream Productions), The Psychic Swindle (1 x 60 HD, Blue Ant Studios), The Great Art Fraud (2 x 60 4K, Blue Ant Studios), and a sophomore season of The Jury: Murder Trial (4 x 60 HD, Screendog Productions). On the history front, highlights include Cold War Spies (6 x 60 HD, Perpetual Entertainment), Buried Evidence (10 x 60 HD, Blue Ant Studios), and History Unsolved: The Investigation Files (10 x 60 HD). Blue Ant Rights will also debut content from its newly acquired production companies, Insight Productions and Proper Television, including the lifestyle series Andy’s East Coast Kitchen Crawl (12 x 30 4K, Proper TV).
“It’s been a pivotal year for Blue Ant—we took the company public, acquired three leading production companies, and expanded our investment in content and rights,” said Mark Bishop, Co-President, Blue Ant Studios. “We’re proud to bring our largest slate yet to MIPCOM, featuring premium content from our in-house teams alongside standout titles from our independent partners. This impressive lineup of new originals and long-running returning series underscores our commitment to the genres that consistently connect with buyers and audiences worldwide.”
