The show follows the main character, Pedro, who, after returning to his homeland following 20 years abroad, faces the challenge of hiding the struggles and sacrifices of his life in order to gain the admiration of his now-successful son. The original series was one of the top-rated shows on Colombian television in the past two years, making the sequel one of Caracol‘s major highlights this season.
Another significant title is Klass 95, a drama set in 1990s Colombia, revolving around Shaio Domínguez, the founder of the country’s first international modeling agency. The series intertwines beauty, crime, and impossible love as Shaio faces Edgar Trejos, a frontman for mobsters looking to use her agency for his own purposes.
Also featured is Love of My Life, a 60-episode drama that delves into themes beyond romance, tackling social issues like racial discrimination. The story follows a forbidden love that triggers a series of betrayals and revenge, making it a classic tale of power struggles and passion.
