
Content Warsaw 2025, running from June 2 to 5, is the the three-day market organized by C21 Media that features a comprehensive conference program, international screenings, and a dynamic marketplace designed to foster connections among buyers, co-producers, commissioners, broadcasters, and platforms across the CEE region.
The event’s agenda includes screenings from major studios such as Disney, Sony Pictures Television, Paramount Global Distribution, ZDF Studios, and Viaplay. The conference program features fireside chats and keynote conversations with executives from Netflix, SkyShowtime, and Warner Bros. Discovery, offering insights into the evolving content landscape. Łukasz Kłuskiewicz, Netflix’s director of film and content acquisitions in Central and Eastern Europe, is participating in a session to discuss the streamer’s approach to content licensing and acquisitions in the region and how the company works with local partners.
Additional conference highlights include the “Future Content Trends Report,” which examines upcoming trends for the CEE content business. Sessions also cover the growth of the industry in the Czech Republic, the current boom in format sales and production, and new co-production alliances emerging across the region. Tereza Polachová, director of content at Czech Television; Filip Bobinski, producer and CEO at Dramedy Productions; and Vratislav Šlajer, head producer and MD at Bionaut, are among the speakers offering a deep dive into the dynamic Czech Republic content industry.
Content Warsaw 2025 also hosts the “Content Warsaw Copro Pitch,” providing a platform for new projects and collaboration opportunities. An international buyers panel features executives from Keshet, Viaplay Group, ZDF Studios, and United Media, who are discussing what content they are acquiring from the CEE market and how local partnerships are structured. Global producers such as Banijay, Balloon Entertainment, and May One are also sharing their perspectives on co-producing with UK, US, and international partners, focusing on IP adaptation, copyright navigation, and the benefits of global collaborations.
The event incorporates established C21 formats, including the “Content Trends Report,” “Content Strategies,” the “C21 Pitch,” and the “AI Academy”. It aims to stimulate business throughout Central and Eastern Europe while connecting the international programming community with the local market.
