With more than two decades of experience in international television distribution, Calinos Entertainment brings to MIPCOM 2026 a selection of Turkish dramas and internationally positioned series, led by Love in the Ashes. The drama begins on Mirza and Leyla’s wedding day, when Leyla disappears just hours before the ceremony. Seven years later, Mirza discovers that she is still alive while searching for his kidnapped nephew, setting him on a journey that brings old relationships and family conflicts back to the surface.
The slate continues with Ugly, a drama centered on Meryem Tunali, who grows up alongside Cennet’s family after losing her own at a young age. Despite being labeled ‘ugly’ as a child, Meryem grows into a beautiful young woman while maintaining her love for Kadir. Their reunion years later develops into a story of power, ambition and secrets that have remained hidden for years.
Family and romance come together in Salted Love, which follows Derin, the granddaughter of one of Istanbul’s wealthy families, as her plans for marriage collide with unresolved tensions between two families. When Mehmet returns to Türkiye after years abroad, old resentments, expectations and misunderstandings bring the two closer together and change the course of their lives.
Calinos also presents Lynch, a drama-thriller starring Natalia Oreiro, Jorge Perugorría and Alejandro Calva. The story follows Jerónimo Lynch, owner of a funeral home who agrees to fake his own death and eventually turns the idea into a business, helping people in serious trouble disappear and start new lives under different identities.
Rounding out the five-title selection is Erre, a comedy-drama about Franco Barron, a man trapped in an unfulfilling routine until a terminal cancer diagnosis leads him to rethink his life and make the most of the time he has left. Together, the titles reflect Calinos Entertainment’s focus on Turkish drama and internationally adaptable stories, continuing the company’s role in bringing Turkish content to audiences around the world.
