Also Mini Mani, a well-known animation among its slate.
Meanwhile, a title that opened its 2023, Street Birds, has been one of the most talked about titles of the season from ATV. ‘We launched the series in January and since then we have had a good sales record. The good news is that the series is confirmed with Season 2, which is set to start in September 2023’, explained Akar.
Also, after launching them at Mipcom 2022, The Father and A Little Sunshine are still part of the international slate of ATV. ‘A Little Sunshine has started its international journey strongly, the series has been licensed to Spain, Romania, Macedonia, Hungary and other new territories will be announced soon’.
The exec said that new deals on The Father will also be announced soon, especially after Natpe Budapest.
ATV commented that they have two new projects coming up in the summer season, Uvey Anne and Vermem Seni Ellere. The first one is more of a drama, which shoot takes place on Turkey’s west coast. Audiences will see it in the summer season, according to Akar.
As for Vermem Seni Ellere, the series is cataloged as a romantic comedy and it takes place in the Black Sea region.
