Canal 13 takes its 2026 programming slate to MIPCOM
Canal 13 is presenting its 2026 programming slate through 13Sudmedia, its international distribution division, with returning entertainment franchises, award-winning unscripted formats, vertical dramas and a broad multiplatform portfolio. The Chilean media company, which has operated for 67 years, brings these titles to the international market as it continues to expand its content offering.

The lineup builds on the channel’s established connection with Chilean audiences. Its news program Teletrece continues across multiple editions, alongside the morning show Tu día. In entertainment, the game show ¡Qué dice Chile!, winner of a 2025 Martín Fierro Latino award in Miami, is extending the franchise with ¡Qué Dice Chile Prime!.
The unscripted slate includes the second season of El Clan, titled El Clan, la aventura continúa. The original docuseries won Best Unscripted Celebrity Series at the 2025 Produ Awards. Competition reality format Mundos Opuestos is also part of the offering, following its Best Competition Reality recognition at the 2026 Rose d’Or Latinos.
Canal 13 is also developing short-form fiction through Mininovelas 13, its digital-first catalog of vertical dramas. The channel says it was the first in Chile to produce and premiere dramas in that format. Its ninth title, Madre de Familia, was released recently.
Several familiar entertainment brands return in 2026. Prime-time franchise Vértigo will air as Vértigo Extremo on Mondays and Vértigo Estelar on Thursdays. The schedule also brings back the showbiz program Alfombra roja and Biografías, a reporting format exploring the lives and defining moments of prominent celebrities.
Beyond the main channel, the company operates a wider television and digital ecosystem. T13 En Vivo is its free-to-air news channel with national coverage, while 13C focuses on cultural programming and REC TV reconnects audiences with classic content. Online, news site t13.cl is complemented by Deportes13 and AR13. The 13Go app offers more than a dozen thematic streams combining current shows and library programming.
The portfolio extends to radio through RDF Media, whose FM and audio brands include Tele13 Radio, Play, Sonar, 13C Radio and the Emisor Podcasting network. 13Sudmedia brings this growing range of formats and programming to international buyers.
