Cineflix Rights has acquired the premium documentary series Diana Unheard (3×60’) from Love Monday TV, preparing to present the highly anticipated title to international buyers at MIPCOM 2026. Co-produced for three broadcasting partners across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia to mark the 30th anniversary of the Princess of Wales’s tragic death, the limited series is built upon hours of intimate, previously unreleased audio recordings in Diana’s own voice.

For years, Princess Diana has been primarily portrayed through a lens of vulnerability and tragedy. However, these secret, unfiltered, and spontaneous recordings reveal a self-aware, determined woman actively preparing to take control of her future. Captured during private conversations with a close confidant, the tapes offer audiences an unprecedented look into her reflections on identity, resilience, and purpose. Over the course of three episodes, Diana discusses pivotal moments in her life, ranging from her childhood and marriage to her husband’s long-standing affair with the future Queen, Camilla, as well as her profound hopes for her children, Princes William and Harry.

The docuseries also details the extraordinary lengths Diana went to in order to ensure her true story would survive. In a remarkable act of bravery and one of the greatest risks she ever assumed, the Princess devised an audacious plan to clandestinely smuggle the secret tapes out of Kensington Palace.
