DICM returns: spotlighting Ramadan programming and alliances

The Dubai International Content Market (DICM) is scheduled to return for its 2025 edition on November 4–5, gathering industry professionals at the Madinat Jumeirah Conference & Events Centre in Dubai. The market is positioned as a premier content marketplace for the MENA region, responding to the growing regional and international demand for diverse, high-quality entertainment.

This year’s event features curated experiences aimed at fostering both creative and business opportunities. A key new element is the debut of a dedicated Ramadan Content Corner. This feature will showcase seasonal series, docuseries, and specials, emphasizing the cultural and commercial significance of content produced for the holy month. The appeal of Ramadan programming will also be addressed during the “DICM Talks”, a series of industry-led discussions.

The “DICM Talks” agenda further includes conversations on the influence of short-form content on MENA entertainment and the expanding global footprint of Arabic cinema. Additionally, the market will feature “Producers Connect”, a networking hub specifically designed for producers, content buyers, and platforms to explore partnerships, co-productions, and the latest trends in VOD and broadcast content.
