TCCF MARKET, from November 6 to 9 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, will bring this year 107 exhibitors from seven countries—Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Japan, Singapore, France, and the Philippines—with a strategic focus on driving international rights transactions and cross-border IP adaptations.

Organized by the Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA), this year’s market reflects a 13% increase in IP categories, expanding its footprint in publishing, comics, and character design. To accelerate buyer interest and facilitate deal-making, the event is introducing its inaugural “Spotlight Screenings” in partnership with Vieshow Cinemas at LaLaport Nangang. These exclusive sessions will preview two high-profile titles: the feature film April on November 7, and the fantasy romance series See You At 11pm, a co-production between Taiwan’s Three-Giant Production and Singapore’s Mediacorp, on November 8.
TAICCA Chairperson Sue Wang emphasized that the market remains the core hub for connecting the global television and film industry with Taiwan’s original content. ‘This year’s inaugural Spotlight Screenings offer international buyers and industry partners an early opportunity to experience the quality of the finished works firsthand ahead of the business meetings’, Wang stated. She noted that TCCF aims to act as a steadfast partner for the cultural content industry, merging different fields and technologies to help Taiwan establish an indispensable strategic position in the global production chain.
The international presence at the market continues to grow, with 38 global companies and organizations confirmed to attend. The lineup includes first-time exhibitors such as Japan’s Nippon TV, the Philippines’ GMA Network, French animation studios Madgic Distribution and Zephyr Animation, South Korea’s BASH, and Thailand’s Chada Entertainment. South Korean regional agencies from Bucheon, Gwangju, and Daegu will lead delegations for the first time, while Thailand will host a dedicated national pavilion. They join returning major players including KOCCA, SLL Joongang, KBS Media, Studio S, TV Tokyo, and Mediacorp.
On the domestic front, 69 Taiwanese companies spanning television, animation, publishing, and gaming will participate. The local contingent features key broadcasters like Sanlih E-Television, Videoland, Public Television Service, and Hakka TV, alongside first-time exhibitors STR Network and Gamania. Throughout the event, business activities will be structured across five core hubs: Copyright Transaction, Production Resource, Animation & Visual Technologies, National Pavilions, and Industry Press Conferences.
