Globoplay Original telenovela All The Flowers launched in Lisboa and Cannes

The new Globoplay Original telenovela All The Flowers, will hold a preview in Lisbon and Cannes, during MIPCOM.

The plot, which debuts in Brazil next Wednesday, October 19 and will hit the international market in 2023, was wrote by João Emanuel Carneiro (Avenida Brasil) and artistic directed by Carlos Araújo (Eramos Seis). Also was co-wrote by Vincent Villari, Eliane Garcia and Daisy Chaves. The drama was directed by Luiz Antonio Pilar, Carla Bohler, Fellipe Barbosa, Guilherme Azevedo and Oscar Francisco. While Betina Paulon and Gustavo Rebelo where on the production.

The telenovela stars Regina Casé (Mother’s Heart), Sophie Charlotte, Letícia Colin (Where My Heart Is), Fábio Assunção (Unsoul 2), Humberto Carrão (Mother’s Heart), Caio Castro (Sweet Ambition), among others.

 All Flowers will be presented in the international market before its premiere in Brazil, as a preview of what is to come in 2023. The Globoplay Original plot was conceived and produced for streaming, and is part of Globo’s strategy to ‘become a media library company in which content and technology are essential for the creation of series and soap operas’. The telenovela is the second to be produced directly for its streaming platform, and follows the format inaugurated by Hidden Thruths 2 on the platform.

‘We are happy and anxious for the premiere. All The Flowers is another Globoplay Original blockbuster and has the production and creation experience of Estudios Globo. Our plan is to launch one original telenovela per year and this reinforces not only our investment in original national productions , but also in the Brazilian audiovisual sector in general’, said Teresa Penna, director of Globoplay and Digital Audiovisual Products at Globo.

The preview will take place in Lisbon on Thursday, October 13, at the Amoreiras Shopping cinema, and will be attended by Regina Casé, Fábio Assunção and Mariana Nunes. And, on Tuesday 18, the launch will take place during the week of MIPCOM, in an exclusive event at the Hôtel Martinez (Cannes).

All The Flowers has the budget of a telenovela in prime time, but it is designed and produced for digital platforms, which provides new artistic possibilities and more dynamic plots. Our strategy is to develop more and more direct products for streaming, in order to strengthen Globo as an international content producer’, added Raphael Corrêa Netto, Director of International Business.
