Inter Medya highlights its successful drama The Trusted on MIPTV. The series produced by TIMS&B Productions, was recently sold to Globoplay.
The Trusted, which was recently integrated into its international offering, was broadcasted on ATV, and was one of the strongest series of 2021. Locally called Maraşli, the series introduces the audience to an adventure in search of love and great secrets, starring world-renowned actors Alina Boz and Burak Deniz, in the role of a former soldier who left the special forces to open a second-hand bookstore and spend more time with his sick daughter.
Another of Inter Medya‘s season titles is AZiZ, a production that follows the son of a wealthy family that owns carpet factories, and whose life changes when he kills – in an effort to save a girl’s life – the son of the delegate local French. The series is currently in production and is directed by Recai Karagöz.
Another of the outstanding titles is Last Summer. Acquired by Inter Medya at the end of last year, and produced by one of Turkey’s leading production companies, O3 Medya, the series has already managed to establish itself on the top ranking charts since its outright debut.
Meanwhile, it continues to promote Ramo and Scorpio on the international market. The first, presented in the middle of last year, continues to garner good feedback from buyers: The story follows the organized gang Ramo, known for smuggling diesel fuel, who works for a powerful family that runs the entire business. While Scorpio, the company continues his journey, this time in America, and after having conquered territories such as Romania, the plot, according to the producers, ‘balancedly amalgamates everything that moves the viewer from anywhere in the world’.
