At the time of this writing, construction was well underway for The Kitchen’s first European hub and new, fully owned and operated language translation, dubbing, subtitling and media services studio, located in the center of Madrid, Spain.
According to Max Wynen, VP Global Operations, ‘Our new hub will help us to unify the quality of our projects globally and improve workflows while accelerating our deliveries by being near, and in, our European clients’ time zone. Coupled with our US-based hub, we’ll be offering round-the-clock media services to our global clients, something that is very exciting and very much needed’.
The Kitchen Spain will offer Castilian Translation, Dubbing, Voice Over and Subtitling services and all Access Services.
‘The team fell in love with our new location, here in Madrid, the first time they saw it. We do believe that the new Kitchen Spain will quickly become one of the most important and respected studios in Spain’, Max added.
During construction, language service work has been continuing, for current, long-term clients, and new clients, for animation, anime and live-action recording.
‘It is also important to note’, Max continued, “that our plans are to open our new location as a TPN-approved studio.
