LAVS: the booth button works

LA Virtual Screenings is the second market where the VS organizers have set up a ‘direct button for buyers’ inside the booths. The first one was VS Autumn, last September. The tool is a key matter, because in the VS format, is the sole option for direct interaction with buyers.

The first time the tool was used rarely, because the reception emails were not well organized and it didn’t have good promotion. Now the situation is different, because LAVS has reinforced all his apps and push buyers to use them as much as possible.

The button works through a pop-up image, that the customer fills with his data and then can choose options as be contacted, to receive more information or to set up a virtual meeting. The attach table shows how slowly, the users are tending to use much and better the contact button.

In the two weeks of VS Autumn there were 250 messages through the contact button. Now there are already 200 in just 3-4 days of the market. The second week of LAVS perhaps can make a good difference for the future of the service.
