France TV Distribution expanded international reach with “Bright Minds” Season 6

France TV Distribution announced the acquisition of the sixth season of Bright Minds, launching its international sales at the Series Mania Forum in Lille. The move followed the series’ remarkable global success, having reached 137 countries and solidifying its position as one of the most-followed productions worldwide.

In France, the fifth season, which concluded last December on France 2, delivered outstanding results. The show averaged 6.2 million viewers per episode, securing a 28.9% audience share. It also became the most-watched series on france.tv in 2024 (excluding daytime fiction), amassing 13.8 million video views.

Beyond France, Bright Minds continued to gain international traction. France TV Distribution, NHK, and Mystery Channel organized a high-profile promotional tour in Japan to mark the local broadcast of Season 5. Lead actors Sara Mortensen and Kengo Saito, along with the show’s creative team, engaged with the press and met their growing Japanese fan base, further reinforcing the series’ expanding global appeal.
