MediaHub is showcasing its new Turkish series, Bitter Justice (Aşka Mahkum), at ATF 2025, handling the international distribution for the drama. The series recently premiered on Turkey’s national channel Bi Kanal.

Bitter Justice is the second production from Globalsphere Studios, a MediaHub subsidiary, and marks the second collaborative project with Nöbetçi Yapım. Eliz Arkayın-Ungan, who recently joined the Globalsphere team, serves as the showrunner for the series.
The drama explores themes of revenge, power, and rebirth following a tragic construction accident. The central plot revolves around Noyan Erim, whose life collapses when his wife is severely injured and they lose their baby in the accident. Blaming security chief Memduh, Noyan retaliates by imprisoning Memduh’s daughter, Dünya, in his mansion. Dünya is forced to care for Noyan’s young daughter and his now wheelchair-bound wife. While struggling to survive and seek justice, Dünya finds both an unexpected ally and a passionate romance with Noyan’s right-hand man, Sinan.
The cast features Shadi Tabarsa (Dünya), Metehan Cemil Varol (Sinan), and Ümit Olcay (Noyan), alongside Yeşilçam actor Ahmet Mekin. MediaHub aims to strengthen its international catalog and build on the success of its first original drama, Alaca, with Bitter Justice.
