MIP Cancún returns in November 2025, consolidated as the most influential international market for Latin America and the Hispanic world. For four days, the Moon Palace Resort & Convention Centre will host an event that combines one-on-one meetings, strategic conferences and intensive networking spaces, in an immersive format that fosters creativity and business.

The 12th edition of the market aims to surpass the numbers of 2024, when 750 delegates participated, including 300 buyers and 220 effective buyers. This year, the organization expects up to 1.000 attendees from more than 40 countries, confirming the event’s sustained growth and its importance on the global audiovisual industry map.
The 2025 programme will feature key voices in television and digital storytelling. Showrunners Leonardo Padrón and José Ignacio Valenzuela will give a keynote speech on the role of the creator in television and streaming today. The opening will be led by YouTube, with a talk entitled ‘Winds of Change: The Forces Driving the Next Chapter of Video,’ given by Juan Pablo Robert. The session will inaugurate a new thematic block: The Economy of Creators, developed in partnership with UNTREF Media and Happy Together Studio.
In addition, there will be a track dedicated to branded content, in collaboration with PRODU and BCMA, to bring brands and agencies closer to the audiovisual ecosystem. The Beyond Streaming Summit, an evolution of the FAST & AVOD Summit, will address emerging models such as FAST channels and AVOD platforms.
Alongside the scheduled meetings, MIP Cancún reinforces its social and strategic identity with workshops, round tables, cocktail parties and the PRODU Awards, which celebrate the best in Ibero-American production. There will also be a Leadership Summit, an exclusive invitation-only event that will bring together senior executives, talent and major brands to design common strategies.
‘Our commitment is to build bridges between the audiovisual industry and the digital ecosystem,’ emphasizesMaría Pérez-Bellière, director of the event.
