NBCUniversal Global TV Distribution returns to MIPCOM 2026 with a slate spanning drama, comedy and reality/entertainment, led by Line of Fire, a new 13×60-minute drama series for NBC. The series follows a family of law enforcement agents working across the FBI, U.S. Marshals, Secret Service and Department of Justice, whose professional expertise is put to the test when a seemingly straightforward case develops into a deadly conspiracy.
The lineup continues with The Rockford Files, a 13×60-minute contemporary update of the classic series, starring David Boreanaz, Michaela McManus, Felix Solis and Jacki Weaver. The slate also includes Sunset P.I., a 10×30-minute comedy starring Jake Johnson, Jane Levy, Langston Kerman, Mary Shalaby and Keith David, which follows a new generation of Los Angeles private investigators.
Peacock is represented by DIG, a 10×30-minute comedy starring Amy Poehler, Hugh Laurie, Geraldine Viswanathan, Antonia Thomas and Fina Strazza. Set at an archaeological site in Greece, the series follows a group of archaeologists and college students whose discovery of a rare artifact leads them into an unexpected adventure. The production comes from Universal Television and is based on Kate Myers’ bestseller Excavations.
The MIPCOM offering also extends into factual entertainment and international drama with Dynamo vs Houdini, a 3×60-minute reality/entertainment series for Sky Max starring magician Steven Frayne, and The Dream Lands, a 6×60-minute BBC drama produced by SISTER and Universal Global Television. Set in 2039 Margate, the latter combines a relationship drama with a story of social inequality, community resistance and survival in a near-future world shaped by rising temperatures and sea levels.
