Belinda Menendez, President & CRO, who leads the company’s sales team, told Prensario about the potential of its international lineup: ‘We’ve had a great run – our incomparable film slate, now combined with our high-quality, breakout shows produced by all our various production partners like Universal Studio Group and Sky Studios, makes us the ultimate source of premium content for our partners around the world’.

Along these lines, the company highlights the youth drama starring the young stars Sisi Stringer and Daniela Nieves, Vampire Academy (10×60′). The story is based on a series of young adult paranormal romance novels by international bestselling author Richelle Mead.

Scheduled to premiere next November, The Calling (8×60′) is another of the dramas that NBCUniversal presents in the international market. The series tells the story of NYPD Detective Avraham Avraham (Jeff Wilbusch, Unorthodox) and is based on the best-selling novel «The Missing File,» by DrorMashani, the first in a series of books featuring the character of Avraham.

On the comedy side, they present Pitch Perfect: Bumper In Berlin (6×30’), a new original series from Peacock based on the Pitch Perfect film franchise, produced by Elizabeth Banks. The series features Adam Devine reprising his role as Bumper Allen from the first two movies, and follows him as he moves to Germany to revive his music career after one of his songs becomes a big hit in Berlin.

While on the children’s lineup, they also present the recently released series Abominable and The Invisible City (20×30′). The series produced by DreamWorks Animation for Peacock/Hulu continues the wild and woolly fun of the successful film Abominable. Meanwhile, they also highlight the animated series Megamind’s Guide to Defending Your City (16×30′) that follow-up to the hit movie, where Megamind goes from being a supervillain and the scourge of Metro City to a superhero who’s learning on the job.
