Paramount Global announced a new leadership structure for its Global Content Distribution and International Networks division, consolidating key businesses to strengthen monetization across platforms and accelerate its global distribution strategy. The reorganization brings together Global Content Licensing, Global Transactional and International Media Networks under a more integrated operating model.

The new structure was unveiled by Kevin MacLellan, President of Paramount Global Content Distribution and International Networks, who said the move is designed to better position the company for the next phase of global content distribution while improving network performance through closer strategic and operational alignment.

As part of the changes, Don McGregor, President of Paramount Content Licensing, will oversee Global Content Licensing and Global Transactional. His remit includes maximizing the value of Paramount’s film and television library across all platforms and windows worldwide, spanning SVOD, pay TV, free TV, basic cable, AVOD, FAST, transactional services, airlines and other non-theatrical and third-party outlets.

Pank Patel, Head of Paramount International Networks, will continue to lead strategy and operations for the company’s international media networks, with a focus on streamlining operations, improving performance and increasing monetization. He will work closely with International Ad Sales, Channel 5 in the UK and Network 10 Australia to ensure cohesive execution across markets.

Sonia Endler, Head of Finance for Global Content Distribution, will partner with senior leadership on financial planning, new business models and programming opportunities, reinforcing governance and driving long-term, sustainable growth.
