RTVE highlights the new season of The Hunt at ATF 2022, whose new story moves to the town of Huelva in Spain
After two highly successful seasons in Spain and other markets, RTVE is attending the Asian market to highlights La Caza. Guadiana, which o is co-produced with DLO Producciones, and focuses on an environment that mixes the rural and coastal aspects of the Andalusian province of Huelva in Spain.
Another novelty from the Spanish company is The Last Frontier, a four-episode series that follows Javier Santaolalla, a physicist and aspiring astronaut, as he takes the audience on a journey to learn about the great enigmas of the universe and the requirements for Fulfill your dreams of becoming an astronaut and crossing the last frontier.
Also, the original documentary series Roots, co-produced with Shine and directed by Carlos Maldonado, about his origins after being the winner of Master Chef 3 Spain and being the first candidate for a Michelin star.
In addition, Peace Force stands out in its catalogue, a series that has been a success in Spain, and which follows Sergeant Elgueta, on a UN peacekeeping mission in Africa. The series is directed by Mar Olid and Jorge Saavedra.
RTVE is also highlighting Drought, a drama co-produced with Atlantia and RTP/Coral, whose story is set on the border between Spain and Portugal, about a severe drought that causes the water level to drop and the town of Campomediano to emerge. In one of those droughts, the human remains of two men appear in one of the old houses in the town, and everything points to a murder that has remained hidden for years. Police inspector Daniela Yanes takes charge of the case and begins to investigate. The series stars Elena Rivera and Rodolfo Sancho and is directed by Joaquín Llamas and Oriol Ferrer.
