SBS International, the U.S. subsidiary of SBS Media Group (Seoul Broadcasting System), one of South Korea’s leading media conglomerates, arrives at ATF 2025 with a slate that reinforces its leadership in driving the global expansion of Korean content. Since 1992, the company has served as a bridge between K-content and audiences across North America and Latin America, bringing dramas, reality shows, documentaries, and entertainment programs to more than 13 million households in the United States and 14 Latin American countries.

With a solid catalog of over 1,000 titles, SBS International continues to strengthen its strategy in distribution, dubbing, and format licensing, promoting local adaptations of its successful IPs and consolidating the presence of premium Korean content throughout the region.
Among its main highlights for the show are several new productions that reflect the diversity and narrative quality of the SBS brand.
Cheer Up is a youth-driven romantic comedy with a mystery twist, blending humor, suspense, and campus life. Centered on a student who joins a fading cheerleading squad for financial reasons, the series explores friendship, love, and the courage to dream amid adversity. With 16 fast-paced episodes and a Spanish-language dub, it offers a fresh and accessible proposition for Latin American audiences.

In the realm of fantasy and historical horror, The Haunted Palace transports viewers to the heart of the Joseon era, where a young shaman, a vengeful spirit, and a reformist king confront supernatural forces inside the royal palace. Blending romance, mythology, and horror, the series promises a visually striking and emotionally powerful experience.
The reality show Jungle Bob merges adventure and gastronomy in a competition where chefs and celebrities must survive and cook using only the resources nature provides. Filmed in exotic locations such as Vanuatu, Peru, and the Caribbean, it celebrates the connection between food, culture, and the natural world through visually stunning storytelling.
SBS is also betting on musical innovation with its next-generation K-pop groups, SKINZ and AHOF, two projects that integrate music, technology, and storytelling. SKINZ is a virtual seven-member group created through motion capture and real vocals, redefining the boundaries between the digital and human spheres. AHOF, emerging from the reality series Universe League, features nine multinational members and a sound that reflects the global youth culture of contemporary K-pop. Both projects are available for collaborations, concerts, and appearances in international programs.
Among its standout entertainment formats is The Ballad of Us, a music reality series produced with SM Entertainment, designed to discover Korea’s next great voice through a high-emotion competition with strong artistic value. The show bridges generations and celebrates collective memory through the ballad—one of K-pop’s most beloved genres.
Finally, the documentary Whales and I, filmed in 8K RED over seven years and across 20 countries, offers a poetic perspective on the relationship between humans and whales. Winner of multiple international awards, it blends science, emotion, and environmental awareness in a cinematic-level production available with English and Spanish subtitles.
With these productions, SBS International reaffirms its commitment to bringing the best of Korean content to audiences throughout the Americas, elevating stories that transcend cultures, genres, and screens.
