Sergio Pizzolante has been appointed as the new president of Secuoya Studios Commercial & Distribution, a division of Secuoya Group that will internationally market the audiovisual projects, formats and IPs of all the studio’s divisions.
Secuoya Studios consolidates its corporate structure with the creation of a new company specialized in the marketing and distribution of content between Secuoya Group and CTMOBS. Sergio Pizzolante, renowned executive producer, former EVP of E! Networks Latin America & Brazil and former vice president and general manager of Sony Pictures Networks Latin America & Brazil, will be in charge of Secuoya Studios Commercial & Distribution.
The main objective is to achieve the integration of Secuoya Studios in all phases of audiovisual content, from production and post-production, creation, to national and international distribution, through services to production and structuring and management of tax incentives. The purpose is to compete at the highest level with a value offer in a constantly evolving market.
In addition to having Pizzolante as president, the new division will also have his participation as a minority shareholder. The company will be headquartered in Miami, with staff and operations offices in Mexico, Madrid and Los Angeles, with international expansion planned with direct operations in major European markets. In turn, the operations and business plan will be directed and coordinated with the general direction of management of the studio in Madrid and with James Costos, president of Secuoya Studios.
