Something Special showcases Emmy-contender Unforgettable Duet

Unforgettable Duet, series

Something Special is set to advance to the company’s next level in 2026 going into their 7th year of business with several diverse dynamic Korean formats, ranging from physical competition to heartfelt music reality to comedy travel.

They are ready for international markets with shows such as the professional military competition program Iron Squad – Korea’s number one prime time hit, produced by Sook-kyung Kang (the producer of Physical 100 on Netflix); and a fun comedy travel reality show Hit & Miss Tour.

And they are thrilled to showcase its original touching reality music program Unforgettable Duet. We recently completed the broadcast of its first full season in Korea, airing on MBN with top ratings. Unforgettable Duet rated the highest among all cable channels in their time slots for pay-tv households; and # 1 in its time slot among pay-tv households. This show marks Something Special’s first official entry into the International Emmy Awards.  And also are debuting Suspicious Guesthouse – An Unforgettable Trip a vivacious reality series spun-off from the Unforgettable Duet universe.

For a fresh start, one of its novelties is the relocation in February of its offices to the City of Seoul. And be on the lookout for their latest catalog premiering in time for MIP London, where they’ll present our top formats in the Korean Showcase.
