Tesera: christmas movies take center stage at MIPCOM 2026

Tesera Entertainment, the international content distributor founded by Gene George, arrives at MIPCOM 2026 with a catalog focused on first-run TV movies for the international marketplace, with Christmas productions taking center stage. The holiday slate also includes A Royal Christmas Secret, starring Brittany Marsicek, Craig John Burrows and Amanda Troya, which follows a chef who begins a romance with a palace handyman without knowing that he is actually a prince. Another highlight is A Royal Christmas Tree, starring Brittany Underwood and Jonathan Stoddard, centered on a woman helping her grandfather run a Christmas tree farm while an unexpected romance with a prince puts both her relationship and the future of the farm at stake.

The catalog is complemented by Chasing Christmas, starring Trevor Donovan and Jillian Murray, in which a radio host and a designer connect through a Christmas wish tree while searching for a popular toy with their children. The lineup also features Have We Met This Christmas?, starring Danica McKellar, Jesse Hutch and Charlene Amoia, about a real estate executive who develops a relationship with an innkeeper’s son after a car accident leaves her with amnesia.

Completing the MIPCOM 2026 Christmas offering is There’s No Place Like Christmas, starring Cindy Busby and Sam Page. The film follows a successful realtor who returns home to run the family business and begins questioning her priorities after meeting an attractive photographer.
