The upcoming 2026 film Mimics, produced by Nook Lane Entertainment and Podunk Productions, centers on a struggling impressionist who accepts a contract for fame. The narrative uses this premise to focus on a battle for a good man’s soul as the spotlight intensifies.
In the thriller category, Pinnacle Peak is featuring The Lightning Code (2025, 1h 28min). This film follows 18-year-old inventor Miles Fletcher who, after receiving unexpected information, discovers the secret to perpetual energy. However, his aspirations to help the world are immediately threatened when corporate interests become involved, placing money and power against his discovery.
The slate also includes the historical drama The Last Supper (2025, 1h 54min), a co-production with Canyon Productions and Grand Canyon University. This film depicts the events leading up to a major betrayal, revolving around a group of disciples who gather to reveal underlying secrets and motives.
