TIES THAT BIND (TTB) and the Asia TV Forum & Market (ATF) have renewed their partnership to launch the third edition of the ATF x TTB Animation Lab & Pitch, officially opening the call for entries for 2025.
This initiative is designed to connect producers from both Asia and Europe, facilitating the exploration of new financing strategies, co-production models, and market expansion across the two continents. The program specifically targets the animation industry, complementing TTB’s existing co-production workshop for feature films.
The Animation Lab aims to provide insight into the animation markets of both regions. The program structure consists of two intensive online preparatory sessions scheduled for the autumn. These digital meetings serve as a bridge to the main onsite lab and activities, which will be held in December during the Asia TV Forum & Market (ATF) in Singapore.
The primary goal of the training is to prepare participants for the market launch and the pitching of their projects to renowned industry decision-makers at the event. Selected producers will gain access to expertise regarding cross-continental co-production possibilities, reinforcing the link between the Asian and European animation sectors.
