TV Film (Chile) begins the MIP markets with its participation in MIPJunior where they are presenting the co-production Kiwi Island, together with Kiwi Island Productions, a project in development with which they seek to add co-production, financing, and distribution partners.
The series is a 3D animation production projected for 2025, that tells the adventures that each Kiwi lives in an island paradise with a specific feeling or emotion. This animated series is ideal for children from 3 to 6 years old and focuses on helping children to cultivate their emotional intelligence in a fun way.
‘We come with enormous expectations to MIPJunior since it is a project of impressive quality, so we are looking for possible alliances to promote the series to new markets, which can also appear as a producer,’ Pamela Argandoña, VP of TV Film, told to Prensario.
‘The characters in the series are based on Plutchik’s wheel of emotions, and fit perfectly into the programmatic grid of channels that pursue educational and inspiring themes,’ said Andrea Nachttigal, CEO of Kiwi Island Productions.
