TV Monaco and its firts MIPCOM

After the successful launch in September of the first Monegasque Broadcaster, TVMonaco is present in their first MIPCOM their primary objective aims to showcase their productions and programs to potential buyers and broadcasters and also expand their global reach to promote their brand, expand their international presence, and forge valuable partnerships within the television industry by connecting with distributors, broadcasters from around the world and producers.

In a talk with Nadia Morin «Head of Business and administration and Head of Sales of TVMonaco» she tell us of the positive start in their first MIPCom participation «There is a great interest for our products, it’s a good start, very promising.» But also even though its important to attract interest and secure distribution deals for their existing programs for TVMonaco it is also looking for content and exploring potential collaborations for future projects that covers their  diverse range of content, including documentaries on wildlife, environmental conservation, and current affairs, focused on their four pillars of environment, sports, health, and lifestyle

Expanding on TVMonaco Acquisitions strategy Nadia commented that since its launch in September 2023 they acquire 800 hours of programs «For next year, we will be buying 2000 and 2400 hours of programming approximately.» But most importantly TV Monaco is looking for opportunities to produce and co-produce content «We aim to find original projects and seek out innovative and unique content. As a 360 media, there is a platform that will be available worldwide.» In this way we also strengthen our partnership with TV5Monde that carries the signal internationally.

«Participating in MIPCOM allows us to attract interest and secure distribution deals for our existing programs.» Added Nadia Morin for example «Dolce Vita, riviera » hosted by Luana Belmondo, which takes viewers on a beautiful journey along the French and Italian Riviera. Nadia describes it as consisting of ten episodes, each lasting one hour, and showcasing the discoveries of villages, richness, craftsmanship, and cuisine of the region. behind the scenes in the kitchens and workshops, discovering secret recipes and ancestral know-how… Another program called «Yacht Stories» is a series that explores various iconic and modern yachts, and it will consist of either 30-minute episodes or 10 episodes of one hour. The production will focus on yachts that were once owned by figures like Onassis,  and Saga Riva. Each episode is a new story, with an epic or dramatic narrative and a chronological sequence.We embark on an epic journey through time and space, retracing the extraordinary legend of some remarkable ships through encounters and investigations… And, galvanised, you end up virtually at the helm of an extraordinary adventure.

Other titles are “The Last Dolphin of the Sacred River” documentary about the Gangetic River Dolphin, also known as the Ganges River Dolphin, is one of the last remaining species of freshwater dolphins in the world; «Mission Saving Paradise» – Expedition to the last treasures of the Indian Ocean : A documentary about environmental conservation, co-produced with Autentic Gmbh, the Société des Explorations of  Monaco, the Institut océanographique of Monaco and  Fondation Albert 1er, Prince de Monaco into the Western Indian Ocean along the Mascarene Plateau; «Arctique, Thermomètre du Monde» :  embodied by Arthur Guérin-Boëri, This documentary plunges the public into the heart of an apnea tour of the oceans; «Au cœur des océans» (At the Heart of the Oceans): A reality show highlighting environmental issues.
