Meetings confirmed several clear trends in buyer demand. Crime & Investigation series continued to be one of the most sought-after genres, with both long-running and standalone formats proving attractive. Documentaries focusing on factual entertainment, science, history, and current affairs were in steady demand. A core theme throughout the day was the essential shift towards co-production. ‘Many distributors emphasized that cost-sharing, creative partnerships, and internationalized development are now standard practice for global competitiveness’, said a distributor.

The evening offered a last opportunity for networking in a relaxed and festive environment. The second Le Havre edition reinforced its role as a key calendar date for European buyers. This year’s attendees included leading players such as AMC Networks International Spain, Mediaset Italy, SVT Sweden, RSI Switzerland, and ¡HOLA! TV USA, among others. ‘The active participation of this year's attendees demonstrated the festival’s growing international footprint’, a Unifrance representative said.
