Banijay unveils upcoming slate this week in London

Banijay Entertainment is participating at London TV Screenings, as well as in MIP London 2025, where is scheduled an exclusive event, Banijay @ BAFTA 195 Piccadilly, set to take place on Wednesday, February 26. Across three sessions, the company will showcase its latest productions, including new formats, documentaries, and scripted series.

Among the highlights is Maigret, the first contemporary television adaptation of Georges Simenon’s detective novels, produced by Playground for MASTERPIECE. The lineup also includes the documentary series 7/7: The London Bombings, marking the 20th anniversary of the London attacks, and the reality dating show 30 Dates in 30 Nights. Additionally, Banijay will present several anticipated reboots, including Faking It.

Banijay Rights‘ scripted slate includes Bergerac, a modern take on the classic detective series; Half Man, a BBC and HBO co-production by Baby Reindeer creator Richard Gadd; the psychological thriller FEAR for Amazon Prime Video; and the family drama Just Act Normal for BBC. In Europe, highlights include the French crime series The Family Detective for TF1, the Dutch thriller Elixir for NPO, and the horror drama The Rose Family for Cine+ OCS. Returning series include the second seasons of Marie Antoinette and Fallen.

The documentary lineup features The Drowning Pool, Anatomy of a Murder, and CNN’s Eva Longoria: Searching for Spain. On the entertainment side, Banijay will showcase Against All Odds, a cross-country skiing competition, Mission Unknown: Atlantic, an influencer-driven adventure, and the reality format AI Love You.
