Global sales agency Jambika Docs has announced a bold lineup of factual titles for MIPCOM 2025, combining hard-hitting investigations, emotional journeys and powerful human stories.

Leading the slate is the four-part series Selling Superman, a gripping family saga triggered by the discovery of a hidden $4 million Superman #1 comic. With a 98% Rotten Tomatoes rating, the series blends pop culture, family secrets and business intrigue as Darren confronts his father’s obsessive collection and the challenge of selling one of the most valuable comics of all time.

From sports and recovery, Left Write Hook (55’) follows seven survivors of childhood sexual abuse who join an experimental program mixing boxing and creative writing. Winner of the Audience Award at MIFF and already acquired by Netflix AUS & NZ, it delivers a raw portrait of resilience.

In the wildlife space, Diary of an Elephant Orphan (52’) tracks Khanyisa, a three-month-old albino calf rescued from a snare, as she struggles for survival in a South African orphanage before joining a herd of former orphans.

On social issues, Open Wounds: Latin America’s Silent Wars (4×50’) examines the crisis of violence against women, from Colombia’s conflict zones to Mexico’s femicides, capturing feminist movements across the region.

Other highlights include My Chemical Information System (52’), a science and human-interest doc backed by Sundance Institute and Sandbox Films, and LOOT: A Story of Crime and Redemption (55’), about Cambodia’s fight to reclaim cultural treasures looted during civil war.

Jambika Docs will present its slate at the Catalan Films Stand R7.F25A in Cannes.
