Endeavor Content today announced several significant new appointments to senior roles across its Television Distribution team, led by EVP, Television Distribution, Prentiss Fraser, as the organization continues to ramp up its scripted and unscripted global television offering under her leadership.
Jennifer Ebell has been appointed as new SVP, EMEA Sales; Fabio Etienne-Tinchant as Executive Director and will handle sales in CEE, MENA, France & Turkey; Liz Tang as Director, Content; Tracy Davis as Associate Director Rights; Sunil Gupta as SVP Business & Legal Affairs, and HetalLimbachia as Content Manager.
The company has also announced two promotions to senior roles. Chantal Faudone has been upped from International Sales Manager to Senior Sales Manager: Southern Europe and Israel, and Ann Schröder has been promoted to Director, Sales: Nordics, Benelux and Ireland.

The new hires join other recently announced Endeavor Content team members Alistair Jennings, SVP, TV Sales (APAC), and Dan Selig, SVP Sales, Americas. Formerly SVP, EMEA at ITV Studios, Global Distribution, Ebell negotiated and led strategic and multi-territory EMEA deals and spearheaded scripted and non-scripted formats sales strategies. In her new role at Endeavor Content, she will be responsible for overseeing the EMEA sales team, garnering commissions, presales and nurturing co-productions across the region with a focus on selling directly to the UK as well.
Etienne-Tinchant joins from Miramax where he was a Director, Sales EMEA in the London office, leading sales and negotiations on scripted series and feature films across all platforms. Prior to this, he worked as Sales Director at Lionsgate London with a focus on Spain, Portugal, Africa, Middle East, Greece and Turkey. Etienne-Tinchant will be responsible for both sales and presales in the new role at Endeavor.
Tang has over a decade of experience in acquisitions and co-productions at leading international broadcasters, including BBC Studios, Viacom and Discovery Networks. She comes to the role most recently from Sky UK, where she was Acquisitions Manager, covering series acquisition across all Sky channels with a special focus on US Studio relationships. In her new remit she will be responsible for building Endeavor Content’s scripted and non-scripted premium content offering, working closely with producer partners, and leading the content team. Her first hire in the post has been HetalLimbachia, who previously held roles at Fox Networks Group and DRG.
Davis is an experienced Music & TV Rights Executive, having recently served as Director, Deal & Rights Management at Fox Network Group, leading a global team to support all sales negotiations for Fox Network and National Geographic content. At Endeavor Content, she will be working on building new systems, as well as implementing more efficient workflows and processes across the division, working with consultants and counterparts in Endeavor’s offices around the world.
Gupta joins Endeavor Content from ITV Studios Global Distribution, where he most recently served as Head of Legal & Business Affairs, having been with the company since 2010. In this role, he led global and business affairs support for program distribution. In the new role at Endeavor Content, he will oversee all business affairs across the company’s television distribution business.
As Endeavor Content continues to ramp up its growing slate and commitment to a global audience, a number of premium titles are set to be profiled at the company’s invite-only Scripted Showcase event on May 17.
