During the second day, digital issues, AI, the importance of IP, and environmental awareness marked the agenda. Among the notable announcements, the This is Planet Ed initiative presented the winners of its environmental contest and launched a Climate Storytelling Toolkit. On the production side, CBC and Sky New Zealand greenlit Tralala, a 2D preschool animated series, while Halle Stanford, former president of the Jim Henson Company, revived her 7 Crow label with a first-option deal with Henson.

In terms of market trends, Maggie Liang, managing director at The Media Pioneers highlighted the 'high demand for comedy', while Kin Lau, president at Lemon Sky Studios noted that 'content consumption is evolving rapidly, driving non-traditional opportunities'. Jefferson Jay, president at The Good Vibe highlighted the 'growing interest in green content', and Raju Chowdhury, founder and excutive producer at Paglami Inc emphasized the 'digital expansion and impact of the Game Engine'. |

One of the highlights was the conference of Ming Hsien Chan, VP at Bilibili, who highlighted the integration of comics, video games and live events as pillars of children's entertainment on its platform. Meanwhile, Kristen Hurd, commissioning editor at TVO Kids presented the company's innovation and education strategy, while Todd Lichten, head of entertainment partnerships at Roblox explained the evolution of brands in user-generated content environments and the rise of commerce on digital platforms.

The session “Leveling up on Roblox” highlighted how flexibility and co-creation strengthen brands in this ecosystem. Nic Hill, co-founder and chief innovation officer at Sawhorse Productions insisted on 'the importance of preserving brand identity', while Fred Black, research manager at Ampere Analysis warned about 'the challenges that the SVOD model imposes on independent producers, driving the search for alternative models'.

In the “How to Win the New Streaming Normal” panel, Oliver Dumont, president of Hasbro Entertainment explained how the exclusivity model is evolving, with platforms like Netflix becoming more interested in monetizing licensing and merchandising following the success of “Gabby's Dollhouse.” In addition, the “Every Penny Counts” panel highlighted crowdfunding as a key tool for funding and validating projects, emphasizing transparency and audience connection.
