With Natpe Budapest, Claudia Marra, Sales Manager of Mediaset Distribution, closes the market cycle this month, which also included NEM Croatia, where the company highlighted its catalog, especially Io Canto Family, as well as other formats deals that it will announce soon.
During his three-day tenure at the market, Marra has engaged with numerous producers and broadcasters, highlighting a notable emergence in interest for entertainment formats within the CEE regions. ‘Natpe Budapest is a good market for us, we always attend’, she remarked, underscoring the importance of the event in Mediaset‘s global strategy.
The focus of her discussions has been on the adaptation of two of Mediaset‘s historically successful formats, aiming to revitalize them for contemporary audiences. In particular, she said that the scripted format Mr Mom (sitcom about a widow book-writer with 3 children to grow up by himself) and long-running court show Forum are the titles in highlight at Natpe, but she will give more details once the deals are closed.
