All3media: Three new hit dramas and non-scripted titles

All3Media is one of the main providers of several Latin American channels, such as DirecTV, which it recently renewed a multi-genre agreement for several seasons of dramas with the distributor, as well as documentaries about the English crown, in addition to the thriller Angela Black, produced by Two Brothers.

At ATF 2021, the company highlights thrillers, dramas, formats, and documentaries. Close to Me, is the first on its catalogue. The title is a thriller drama starring Connie Nielsen and Christopher Eccleston in the adaptation of Amanda Reynolds’ best-selling novel, exploring how deception can lie beneath the surface of a seemingly perfect life. The series is co-produced with Dopamine, and was commissioned by Viaplay and Channel 4.

Also Hollington Drive, a drama by West Road Pictures and commissioned by ITV that follows the captivating story of award-winning screenwriter Sophie Petzal, where she explores how far families will go to protect her children. The series is directed by BAFTA winner Anna Maxwell Martin.

Also presents Black Sands, a drama produced by Glassriver, and commissioned by Channel, that follows police detective Aníta, who is forced to take a new position in the town of her troubled childhood. Set in the atmospheric black sands of Iceland, the series is on a gripping investigation to find a serial killer who has been operating for years, disguising his murders as accidents.

In Non-Scripted, Playgrounds of the Rich and Famous (Crackit Productions) which follows the luxurious vacations of a select group of wealthy tourists and smart locals who make their fortune catering to their every whim; Into the Storm (Raw) documentary about surfing, that narrates the turbulent journey of Jhonny, a teenager from one of the toughest neighborhoods in Peru; while Don’t Tell the Bride (Renegade Pictures) shows how wedding planning is filled with iconic moments of dress disaster, monumental aftermath and unforgettable ceremonies across thirteen seasons.
And on formats side, include Future Food Stars (Studio Ramsay) The Love Trap (Great Scott Media); Cash At Your Door (Matar Productions); and Date or Drop (ModesTV).
