During MIPCOM 2026, OTTera officially unveiled MyStation, an innovative platform designed to democratize and streamline entry into the FAST ecosystem. This new tool aims to eliminate traditional technical barriers, allowing broadcasters, content owners, and creators to launch their own branded, always-on stations directly to the audiences who love their content.

Catalina Velasquez, Business Development Executive at OTTera, shared details about the strategic vision behind this launch during the Cannes market. The dynamic of MyStation is highly intuitive: content creators simply register, upload their material, and the platform automatically handles the creation and management of their FAST channels.
This development responds directly to a growing frustration in the market. Currently, many independent creators and smaller companies want to launch their own FAST channels but are blocked by rigorous technical requirements, high entry costs, or complex coding languages.
‘The tool simplifies the entire FAST channel development chain, automating the process for the creator and eliminating the technical limitations or complex language requirements that often hold these projects back’, Velasquez noted, highlighting the platform’s ability to solve a major industry bottleneck.
To drive adoption and build awareness in a highly competitive market, OTTera has launched MyStation with an initial free tier. However, the company’s roadmap includes introducing various tiered monetization levels in the near future. Billed as ‘a new way to distribute, monetize, and grow’, the platform promises direct monetization capabilities where viewers will be able to subscribe directly using tokens.
Beyond technical simplification, MyStation centralizes content management. The service guarantees a global reach across apps, FAST, CTV, and overarching distribution via OTTera, while providing creators with a unified dashboard that delivers audience insights across all platforms.
